Life Coaching helps prepare you for the World of Work and Career
The idea of returning to work after years of being out of the workforce can be daunting. One of the benefits of Life Coaching is the work we will do getting you ready to return to the so-called outside world of work and career.
Find a Career that offers both Financial Compensation and Fulfillment
Initially we must weigh the options and see what you need in terms of work. But just as important, is the ability to create a work or a new career that offers you not only the necessary financial compensation but also a sense of fulfillment and enjoyment.
Love What You Do
What would be the difference in your life if you awoke every morning looking forward to your day, eager to be at work? How would you feel if the work you were doing was deeply connected to who you really are? Or to put it more bluntly, do you love what you do?
Connecting with Your Life’s Work
For some of us, the need to pay the bills and accept new financial responsibilities clouds the issue of work. Nonetheless, we can find work that offers us more than just a paycheck. For those who are lucky enough to enjoy financial security, the idea of starting a new career also answers some deep questions.
Love your Career
Can we work and earn a living and still feel good about what we do? Absolutely! You will find that the most successful and fulfilled people out there are the ones that truly love what they are doing. Just ask them. They do not have to worry about being motivated because they are so in tune with their work that motivation is simply a natural by-product. There is a sense of purpose to their career which carries over to life itself.
Gaining Clarity
In order to have that sense of purpose, we must first become clear about what moves us, what excites us…our passions. Once discovered, these passions reveal a sense of our future. If we can align our passions with what we do for a living, we will have achieved a career that promises meaning and success.
Define what your Work will be in the Future
Now is the time, a golden opportunity, to really define what your work will be in the future.
