The Principles of Spiritual Divorce:
A series of 4 classes on Divorce Recovery based on the principles of Spiritual Divorce Recovery by Debbie Ford. This powerful process concentrates on being in acceptance of how our life is now by separating facts from the meanings we have attached to the events of our divorce. It involves learning how to forgive yourself and your ex and move forward into the best life possible.
Location: The Adult School of Montclair - Montclair High School
Dates:Starting Monday October 6th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and running for 4 consecutive weeks.
