How Life Coaching Works

On the phone or in personAs your Coach, I set the stage for your Divorce Recovery by:

  • Starting a Discovery Process to determine where you are now in the divorce process, what issues call for our attention and ultimately where you want to be in the future.
  • Creating immediate tools and skills for you to manage the emotional upheaval of separation and divorce.
  • Finding out what it will take to allow you let go.
  • Discovering what may be Holding You Back or where You might be Stuck.
  • Creating a new mindset that will empower you.
  • Seeking to understand who you are now via your Passions and the things that you Value.
  • Holding you accountable and keeping you motivated.
  • Holding your Vision of your Future and aligning your actions towards that Future.

Coaching begins with a two to three hour Discovery Session followed by three monthly 60 minute sessions.

Coaching is normally done via the telephone so you can be anywhere and be coached.  In addition, online video conferencing is also available as well as face-to-face coaching if you live on the greater NJ/NY area.

I will help you to identify that voice inside your head that we know to be your 'Inner Saboteur'; the mind chatter; the negative stuff we tell ourselves. You will learn to quiet that voice and move towards identifying with your Creative Voice.

Coaching involves weekly actionable steps that lead you to your recovery and the ability to create a new life.

I hold you to your Vision of the Future, always keeping it foremost in your mind and daily activities. I hold you accountable to insure that you stay on course.
